Valuations and Fairness Opinions

In many instances a valuation exercise is required to approximate the worth of a business. It may be required in connection with a proposed merger, acquisition, buyout, or through the sale of a business.  A fairness opinion relates to an assessment of a transaction to determine whether it is equitable to the stakeholders involved. Monashee is equipped to provide an assessment of value or fairness as is required.
